The Hardfacing Alloys division manufactures possibly the widest range of wear-resistant rods, wires and powders. We have 3 state-of-the-art manufacturing plants based out of Swindon (UK), Goshen (US) and Shanghai (China).

Our sales and distribution network spreads across the globe and is backed by a team of highly qualified technical experts to give the customers the perfect solution for their wear problems.

Our major brands are:

Stellite®	Cobalt based alloys with the best ‘all-round’ properties. They combine exceptional wear & heat resistance and are used across a wide range of applications.
Deloro®	Ni based alloys which cover a broad range of hardness’s. They tend to have lower melting points which make well suited for powder welding or spray & fuse.
Tribaloy®	Intermetallic phase alloys which can be either Ni or Co based. They perform exceptionally well in metal to metal wear at high temperatures.
Nistelle®	Ni based, corrosion resistant, high melting point alloys. Suited to more corrosive applications.
Stelcar®	Ni or Co based alloys with Carbide particles. Only available in powder form.
Jet Kote®	Carbide – Metal combination powders specifically designed for thermal spraying.
Delcrome®	Fe based alloys designed for abrasive wear resistance at lower temperatures.
